The Nigerian hospitality industry lacked a centralised, trustworthy platform where travellers could compare and book hotels online. Most bookings were done through phone calls or walk-ins, leading to double-bookings, opaque pricing, and no recourse when things went wrong. Hotels struggled to maintain an online presence and manage inventory efficiently.

The Solution

Built a multi-sided marketplace that connects travellers with hotels, backed by a real-time availability engine, secure payment processing, and a hotel management dashboard. Implemented a points-based loyalty system, group booking flow, and email confirmation system. Deployed on a robust cloud infrastructure with CDN-optimised image delivery via Cloudinary.

Travellers can search by city, filter by price and amenities, read verified reviews, and complete secure bookings online. Hotels can self-onboard and manage their listings, rooms, pricing, and reservations through a dedicated management portal. The platform also features a group booking module for events, a loyalty points system that rewards repeat customers with free nights, and a mobile-optimised Android app for on-the-go bookings.
