The Challenge

African hotels — especially small and mid-size properties — relied on paper ledgers, WhatsApp messages, and disconnected spreadsheets to manage bookings, rooms, and finances. This led to double-bookings, lost revenue from untracked walk-ins, opaque staff accountability, and near-zero visibility into daily or monthly profitability.

The Solution

Built a multi-tenant SaaS HMS with a clean, role-based dashboard covering the full guest lifecycle: check-in, room assignment, service billing via PoS, checkout, and automated revenue reporting. Integrated a channel manager and a direct-booking hotel website. Added an instant P&L module and fraud-detection audit trails. Deployed as a responsive web application with an accompanying mobile app to support front-desk staff anywhere on property.
